What exercise should I do?

Hi! I'm 5"0 and at a 111 lbs plateau. Goal weight is 105 lbs. At the moment though I'd be just as satisfied to lose inches rather than lbs because I've got a 31 inch waist |:

So I've been told to hit the weights but... I don't really know what program to do? I've got about 20 minutes to work out every morning and 5 lb dumbbells.

Please let me know what would be an advisable routine.
