Questions About MFP Method and Strength Training

Right now I do 7 days of cardio for 55 minutes that I can easily track the calorie burn for and if I do MFP (right now I'm doing TDEE) I could easily eat back those calories, however, I was wondering how do you track calories burned for strength training? I'm thinking changing my regime to 3 days strength training and 4 days cardio, and I want to appropriately measure my food those days.
