Let's get healthy

Hi! This is the fourth time I am trying to keep up on MFP. I usually stop recording after a few weeks, and hope this time will be different (mainly cause my doctor wants to see my food intake for 3 months!). Losing weight is a constant issue for me, thanks to PCOS and my love of sugar, ie chocolate, cookies, cake etc! I am looking to change my eating habits and increase my fitness level ( which is very low at the moment!!!!) I need MFP friends to motivate me, and in turn I promise I will be your cheerleader during your weight loss/ healthy lifestyle change. Thanks!
