Yesterday I bought a box of organic frozen wild blueberries (450-500g), I ate like a cup at night and put them in the fridge to defrost. Today I finished the entire box because I lack self-control.
I hope this isn't a dumb question but I REALLY WORRY ABOUT THE SIDE EFFECTS. Am I going to be okay?
That was a LOT of sugar too, since I also ate 2 apples and lots of (whole grain rye + sunflower seed) bread today.

Just make sure you drink lots of water - thats a LOT of fibre, and you don't want things to get…stuck!
Your blood sugar might spike and then fall a bit, but as long as you aren't diabetic there shouldn't be any serious side effectsand as far as food binges go, berries aren't the absolute worst you could do hahah
