Beef strogonoff (lean ground beef, a can of low fat cream of mushroom soup, onions, peppers and lot sof spices - no sour cream!)

We had tortillas stuffed with boiled chicken, lettuce, tomato and cheese.0

First day of fall = taco soup. Yum!0

Left-over top sirloin morphed into stir fry with brown rice and a zillion veggies.0

Baked Salmon, tossed salad and smashed yams, possibly some steamed veggies too...oh man i can't wait0

whole wheat soft tacos, pinto beans rinsed, tomato, romain lettuce, taco sauce, onion, chili pepper only 380 calories for 20

I have my main meal at about 3 in the afternoon. So for dinner tonight i just had toast, low fat spread and marmite. And a oats and raisin cereal bar.0

We're having baked turkey burgers on whole wheat buns...homemade...and YUMMY! If I have the chance to make them I'd put a little sun dried tomatoes in the mix...but I have a feeling the hubby is making them tonight. Either way...YUMMMMM!! We may have fries with them...or salad, not sure how much lettuce we have left in the fridge.
Followed by...nope...not dessert...followed by a good hour and a half in the gym!0 -

Slow cooked whole organic chicken, baby golden potatoes, baby carrots. Skinny cow ice cream for desert.0

Baked Roundtop Steak, Steamed Broccli and Steamed Asian Medly Mix. Desert was one cup of frozen chocolate yogurt.0

breakfast:) i had 2 eggs microwaved, on a toasted english muffin with salsa. had 2 pieces of bacon and some chips. yummy and so easy!0

We had pan fried pork chops and spinach with garlic and feta and strawberries with kiwi.
Today is the first day (today is day 6) that I have gotten under the calorie count without exercise. Yay!!0 -
Wow! All of these sound amazing. Now i have some ideas on what to do in the future to spice it up. We seem to all be on the right tack. Tonight was one of those what can I do with these ingredients moments, and it worked out great. It was delicious and low calorie.0
