To the ladies who introduced me to the Leslie Sansone Walking Video's, how do you log the work out in your exercise log? I bought Walk Away the Pounds - For your Week.

Love this video by the way

You go to the exercise tab, and type it in. If it doesn't show up you can create it by scrolling to the bottom and click on add new exercise.

I usually count as either walking (4.0 mph) or low-impact aerobics. For me, the calories for each of those are the same. In all of the DVDs I have she usually walks a mile in about 15 minutes, so that is 4.0 mph.

Exactly what I used to do. I now have a Heart Rate Monitor that calculates it for me.

Edit: Just checked database compared to what I logged with HRM. Only 20 calories different over 60 minutes (less with hrm), so pretty close in my opinion.

If you do a mile in 15 min it's walking 4mile/hr
if you do the 12 min mile it's walking 5 mile/hr

    go feet!:flowerforyou:
