The Seven Minute Scientific Workout

I've been doing three sets of this workout daily while on the alternate day fasting diet and seen some pretty impressive results. Yes, it's not going to build great hulking muscles but it's a quick shot of anaerobic exercise more than I was getting before. It's been shot down a few times by fitness instructor types but don't be dissuaded. The combination of these two regimes has led me to lose 2.8kg in five weeks.
