1 packet dry Hidden Valley Ranch mix
6 oz plain nonfat Greek Yogurt (I used Chobani)
1/4 cup Mayo made with Olive Oil (I used Hellmans)
1/5 cup light Sour Cream (I used Daisy)
1/5 cup Skim Milk

Mix well, refrigerate and enjoy! Makes 24) 1 tablespoon servings.

I love ranch but couldn't use it on a regular basis because of its high fat and calorie content (Hidden Valley Original Ranch has 120 cals per 2 Tbl and 14g fat). I tried the Fat free version but it tastes SO bad. While the above isn't an exact match to the original its very close (this recipe has 38 cals and 3 g fat per 2 Tbl).

Listed in the MFP food database as Joe Hidden Valley Ranch .

I prefer full fats in my condiments, so if I were to make it, I would use the full-fat versions of all the ingredients.

Very interesting! I thought about trying ranch according to the package instructions, but with "guilt-free" versions of the listed ingredients...until I learned that the result would always have a nasty water to drain off every other minute!
