    Hi there!

    I am Nenshali, 5'5" (165 cm) and at 68kg (128lbs) and I'm searching for active members, with whom I can communicate to keep each other motivated and to be supportive :smile:

    I myself am aiming for maintenance/for muscle gain, but I'll be supportive whether you aim for muscle gain, maintenance or fat loss. I only accept people who eat AT LEAST 1200 kcal per day, because I don't support eating less (except you are really, really small and it's your BMR, but I doubt that)
  • I'm new to this, feeling positive but a few friends to spur me on would be nice.:
    I'm 5ft 10ins and weigh 183 lbs, my goal is to loose 30lbs.
