Hey there,
here in Germany it's getting sunny and warm, so I started craving a fresh salad.
Thought I'd share the "recipe" with you, because it's fresh, yummi and low in calories.

2-3 tomatoes
1/3 cucumber
1 onion
1 tbsp balsamico vinegar
1 teaspoon black cumin

Chop all the veggies (and weigh them to log them proberly).
Put everything in a bowl.
Mix.
Eat.

A bowl is somewhere around 80-100calories (depending on how big your tomatoes/cucumbers/onions are).

If you want, you can also add some olive oil to get some fat in it.

That sounds yummy, I'll have to try that when it starts getting warmer here in Norway. Thanks for the recipe!

That sounds so good and refreshing... Trying to get into Spring here in Wisconsin... Have had over 60 inches of snow this Winter.

I love the idea of adding black cumin!
Can't wait for summer and real tomatoes. (But let's not rush it. First there's asparagus, strawberries, and rhubarb!)
