10 lbs in 30 days

I am so excited that I have lost 10 lbs in 30 days of tracking. 3 years ago I joined weight watchers and was pushing 300 lbs, 1 1/2 years ago I reached 240. Since then I have fluctuated between 230-240. Never could I get under 231 before my weight crept up again, even though I went to the gym 4 times a week. It was obvious that it was my eating that had to change so I thought I would give MFP a try. Well after 4 weeks I got over my plateau and am now 227. I am excited to see where I go.
