First picture I was 19, 196lbs, the one below it was summer 2012 around 214lbs.
The two on the right were taken this year at 28yrs, 158lbs.

Oh gosh me too. Looking back at my older pics I just can't get over how big and puffy my face was!

I too hadn't realized how big I used to be or how much had changed until I went looking for pictures.

Im only 1 month and 6 days into my journey and I allready see a difference! :flowerforyou: heres a side by side pic of me on day 1 after i woke up lol, and then when i got up this morning lol it may be a small change? But i thought it would be fun to put up a picture too
