Still got some work in the mid-section, but I passed by the photo on the left in my hallway and gasped at how big I was.
The photo on the left, I was about 215-220lbs.......and the photo on the right, I am around 190-195.

This may be the most motivational topic I've seen. I love this. Yay for you all, some of these are astounding in that it seems like more weight would have been lost but all of them show a true transformation and the posting exhibits so much joy. Love it.

Attempt 1 at posting this photo: me on the right on the left photo versus me 40 pounds later.

The transformations in this thread are so freaking incredible. I still have about thirty pounds (give or take) to go.

Before somewhere upward of 300 (highest weight was 320)
    Current around 195
Still have 40 or so more lbs to go.

I posted this comparison on another thread too. I've had a lot of people see a big difference in my face these last few weeks.

Since I have a freaky face, I thought I would share. October, 238 lbs. January, 201
    Face90Days_zps95e2acd0.png

If I didn't look at your profile before and after to see your full length I never would have guessed that the face shot you used for before that you were even heavy, let alone overweight. Just goes to show everyone is different and we all gain and lose differently.

Congrats on your loss and continued success! These are interesting to look at. I've always shied away from cameras because I don't like how I look. I'll have to look around to see if I even have any of me heavy. My heaviest was right before I had my first child. I was about 20lbs underweight at 140 and when I delivered I think I was 220. Granted I'm 6'1" but still, that was big even for me. I've been trying last 10 years or so to find a way to keep it off but it always seems to come back. Hopefully now I have found what my body needs and will be able to continue to provide it so it will stay off forever.
