Goal - 260lbs by June 1st

Hi,

My name is Ben. I'm 29 and I weigh 318lbs. Dec 29th 2013 I weighed 350lbs. Most of this weight I lost doing absolutely nothing with a moderate diet. Back at the end of January I heard about a school for wind turbine technicians that my brother will be attending starting June 2nd. I applied to the school and was accepted. My only issue is that the job requires a lot of climbing which requires a safety harness. Which is rated for max of 265lbs + tools. In order to go to this school I have to be at 265 by the first day of school, June 2nd.

2-3 Weeks ago, I switched to a ketosis/atkins diet, and got a gym membership. Up till now my workout has consisted of 30 mins on the treadmill at speed 3-3.5 and an incline of 4+, then light weights for 15 mins, and about 20 more mins on the treadmill.

I'm now increasing my workout to 30 mins on the treadmill, then 30-40 mins on light weights 25-30 reps per set, 3 sets each. Alternating upper and lower body which takes about 40 mins. Then Back to the treadmill for 30-45 mins. My goal is to burn 1100-1400 calories a day at the gym.

One problem I seem to be having is that my body is having a hard time staying in ketosis even though I know i'm eating less than 15-20g of carbs a day. In fact i usually consume less than 10g of carbs a day. I'm not sure if its the test strips or if I'm just eating the wrong foods. I just started using this so I'll open up my food journal.

Any suggestions/support much appreciated.

Gotta loose at least 50lbs in less than 3 months.
