Activity level help

I need help determine calories! I run 3-4 days a week, going anywhere from 4 to 10 miles each run. I also try and weight train 2 days per week. For my job, I'm usually at a desk or meeting most of the day. So sedentary doesn't feel right, but I don't know what to go with! Thoughts? I'm trying to lose weight too!

If it were me, I'd use moderately active.0

For me I use sedentary so I know I am good regardless if I have a lazy day or not. But I also log my exercise calories and eat about half of those back. Best of luck to you0

Running & weight training is exercise. Log it.
Activity level is your everyday stuff: job, housework, childcare, gardening, yardwork…
Weight loss takes a whole lot of trial & error to find what works for you. So try lightly active for two weeks, then reevaluate. If you don't lose, you're sedentary.
