Ok, well I've got 3 really, first off I had been really discouraged but finally I think I'm getting back into it, I have spent the past few days running, and I never run but running around with my kids pretty much all day long those days, and I've been getting really good at staying in my calorie goals and eating only when I really was hungry. But, I am so proud of myself for something I did today, I was bored and I grabbed an extra bowl of food we had at lunch and sat down to eat it, and after two bites, I said "why am I even eating this, I'm not hungry" and I put it back and haven't even wanted anything else to eat since!!!
