Has anyone`s weight loss journey cost them a relationship ?
Its seems to be putting more and pressure on mine, mainly because i want to be out on the bike, take walk through the park into town just for the sake of taking a walk, go for a run. We dont even sit down for meals together now due to time home from work and me not wanting to eat crap.
Oh and dont get me started on the bad stuff in the shopping list, but i get the answer but i thought you would like it. Why would i like frozen pizza ffs. I am getting back into shape dear and now im older its taking longer !!! (but its working)
Ohh i dont know just Sunday evening rant really, but i dont feel happy about it all atm

It puts a strain on it that's for sure. My boyfriend and I had a massive row in the supermarket the other day because we couldn't decide on what to have for dinner! He trains and looks after himself too, however his maintenance is about 1000 calories over my maintenance calories and it occasionally ends up in an argument when he's got LOADS more left at the end of the day than I do...
Love me, love my portion control0 -
I often manage to get pizza (and a whole one to myself with extra meat, veg and low fat cheese at that) involved in my weight loss regime at a reasonable deficit - a decent run and a weights session and maybe some weights gives me plenty of calories to make up for.
I try to avoid faeces, however .0 -
not with my hubby, but with my mom. she fights trying new things. i bought fat free ricotta and ground turkey AD a new kinda sauce to make baked ziti with, i just know shes gonna have a fit about it.
to mom: "too bad so sad chickie. one time wont kill ya!" (now we'll see if i actually SAY that to her LOL)0 -
Oh and it generally works well for me when with someone who has good portion control - as I'm excellent at finishing other people's food .0

Hm... I definitely cant say its ever cost me or put a strain on a relationship tbh most time when the phase "I've started going back to the gym" gets said its usually going to be supported because there are very few things more important than you're personal health. If they're feeling left out I can understand that but try getting fit together if you haven't already if you already have/ it didn't work then keep doing what your doing in the long run I don't think you'll have any regrets especially if you see it as an I need to do this scenario. might not be the best advice and you've prob heard it before but that's just what came off the top of my head. best of luck to you.0

I've had problems with others in my family/friends that I either live with or am around a lot. Whenever I shop I don't buy any sweets or junk food, only low calorie snacks occasionally, but some people that I'm close to are constantly buying fast food, cookies, ice cream, chocolate, etc. It's caused a couple arguments not to mention it's incredibly tempting to deny those foods whenever they're being stuck in your face.0

The bolded parts i don't understand...
Why can't you sit down and eat meals together...because you don't want to eat crap??? what does that have to do with it...? If you don't want to eat what your partner is then don't...and for the pizza I had frozen pizza last night for supper...it fit...
I had a big huge sub sandwich today...and I have calories left...0
