I've got a dance competition in 70 days. I'm a little bit overweight. 5 foot 7 and 160 lbs, about a size 6 or 8
I'd like to lose 20 lbs in 70 days, maybe reach a size 4 or 6.
I know all about eating healthy and to cut out crap, I've been doing it for years.
I eat anywhere from 1,200-1,400 calories a day currently.
My question is how many calories should I burn a day to lose the weight in time?

A healthy weight loss at your size is .5 lb. per week, or 5 lb. in 70 days. The closer you are to goal, the more slowly you lose. 20 lb. in 10 weeks is unrealistic and unhealthy when that's all you have to lose.
