Fiber and Calorie Counts

Hey there! I am just wondering how everyone calculates their calorie counts around their fiber intake? Looking at nutrition labels, I have noticed that they take all of the carbohydrate value into account when adding up the caloric total, but fiber isn't actually absorbed and broken down. Therefore, if I eat around 30 grams of fiber in a day, do I add 120 from my calorie total? Thanks

No, fibre in food is included in its calorific value. Just enter the food - you're trying to make it too complicated0

I guess I have been doing my math incorrectly
wishful thinking!
