Is there a way to track my carbs and I can set the amount of carbs each day I want?

    OK, so I posted my first answer, which was wrong! But this is the correct answer. Go to your home page and the blue bar that says Home, Goals, Check-In etc. Hit the Goals and that you want to change them. Do the Custom one and not the Guided one and it will let you change your percentages.
