Fell off the wagon---let's chat

Today I fell off the wagon a bit and had a bit of a binge day/ a day to just enjoy myself. Totally unplanned, filled with yummy veggies and sweets and probably way over 3000 calories. Minimal exercise, but I worked out and I enjoyed myself. I got to have things I do t always have.

I'm happy and very ready to get back on track. How's everyone else doing? I got to eat salted caramel chocolate fudge and a veggie burger an French onion soup, what are some things you guys enjoyed today?
