Carb allocation....

So MFP gave me my calorie goals as 1590 for 1 lb a week. Also it says I should have 195g carbs for the day. I am trying to follow the right percentages for the carbs,fats and protein as I find I feel better through the day but 195g seems like so much I have a hard time getting that much.....does anyone else follow this exactly? Suggestions?

It says 195 carbs. 52 fats and 78 protein but this does not equate to the 50/30/20 carbs/fats/protein ratio it also gives....so confused0

If eating that many carbs isn't working for you, you can change your macro percentages. A popular one is 40% carbs, 30% fat, 30% protein.0
