Carb allocation....

So MFP gave me my calorie goals as 1590 for 1 lb a week. Also it says I should have 195g carbs for the day. I am trying to follow the right percentages for the carbs,fats and protein as I find I feel better through the day but 195g seems like so much I have a hard time getting that much.....does anyone else follow this exactly? Suggestions?
