Always go over macros, but still under calories?

I'm usually 0-10g over on carbs and protein and a little less on fat but still under my calorie goal.
My diary is open, if it helps.

I have a feeling this has to do with the carbs in truvia, the sweetner in my protein powder, and some protein bars, which don't have cals but still have carbs? Because I thought the only 3 macronutrients were fat, protein, and carbs.

Thanks :)

The database is full of incorrect entries.

I use MFP's protein & fiber goals as minimums and ignore fat & carbs. It will take trial & error to find what works for you. Read this: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1080242-a-guide-to-get-you-started-on-your-path-to-sexypants

Yes, incorrect entries. It's odd that it happens to you a lot though.. there are things you must be eating every day that are not entered properly. I'd recheck every label and make sure that the entry you use is correct.

Also... weigh your food instead of using cups!
  • Hmm, okay thank you! I try not use cups, but sometimes do to save time for veggies that are not calorie dense. I'm paranoid about weighing everything else though.
