Need help remotivating

So recently my husband just left the country because he is unable to get a green-card at the moment so I haven't been keeping up with my workouts or my food tracking. I need help in finding something that will give me my motivation back. I keep thinking that maybe if I think about the next time we see each other I want to feel and look better, but I can't seem to get started again.
I feel like I've lost every ounce of willpower and the tiny bit of motivation that kept me going. I can't seem to make myself go on walks anymore because he and I used to do that every morning and that made me sad. So! I need some pointers and suggestions on little things I can do that can slowly build up my motivation and get me back on track.
It doesn't help that I have strep throat right now, but I'd like to get started immediately. I've been on antibiotics for three days now so I'm not contagious. I don't have a gym membership and do all my workouts at home with either the elliptical or body weight exercises.
Any help is welcome!
P.S. I'm not bad at knowing how much I eat, I just easily lose the will to track it. I weigh and measure everything I eat.

Would work out DVD's help? You can do them right in your own home.0

I have a few workout DVDs but they're my mom's Tae Bo and Pilates workouts. Maybe I'll give those a try.0

I have found that this entire process is cyclical. Your motivation and will power can dome from exercise, your morivation to exercise usually comes from more exercise. Eating well and being motivated to follow your plan usually comes from the happiness and pride you have in yourself for following your plan. It only takes one day to get the cycle flowing again. This is going to sound silly, but try this. Hire one of your kids, or a family member or a neighbor to harass you for one week straight. Their job is SOLELY to irritate you, shame you, harass you into getting up and taking your butt for a walk. If they are willing to come with you, that is even better. But if not, just make them call repeatedly and bug you about getting up to go and exercise. Write down a list of all of the reasons that you need to exercise and lose weight and have them repeat them back to you during each phone call. Pay them like 5.00 for the entire week. They will be happy to do it. It sounds silly, but it will work. Taking the walk will release the endorphins and give you a little energy boost. Right after you come home from your walk use that energy to prep your meals for the next day or week. Repeat this over and over for about a week until you have fallen back into your regular routine. It's a great way to jump back into things after motivation has been lost.0
