P90X coach?

Hi There,

I'm new to P90x and I have read something about people can become coaches after the completing of the program...
Are they coaches you can speak to you to keep you motivated and give you advice?
I just need a bit more detail as I am looking for someone to help me stay motivated each day and who may have been through this journey of weight loss with P90X.
