I started my journey a little over 2 yrs ago. I lost 70 lbs in about a year and a half and got stuck. It took a long time but I realized I wasn't ready to quit just yet and I found MFP. With the help of MFP and the amazing friends I've made here the weight started dropping again. It took some trial and error but I have finally hit the - 75 lb milestone. 76 to be exact. I know a lot of people new to this journey look at the success stories for motivation. If I can inspire at least one person then my weight loss means that much more to me. Thanks for letting me share my story.
