5 spice roast duck. Leftover ideas?

Hi guys!
My lovely boyfriend has whipped up roast duck for tea.

Any cool ideas what we can do with the leftovers?

    Sandwiches....
    Chop up the meat and throw it into an omlette...
    Chop it up and toss it into a salad....

    When I was in London earlier this year I had duck in an orange sauce that tasted like 5 spice was used with rice noodles. You could just add it to a stir fry with an orange sauce.

    It would be nice added into all sorts of soups. Use it in fried rice for a different twist. Wild rice with duck and mushrooms would be amazing just fry some onions, maybe a bit of garlic and some soya sauce.
