We all have moments where we doubt our choices and actions and for some, our self worth and ability to achieve our goals. Have you ever wondered why we may indulge in these behaviors that only persuade us further from reaching our goals? That increase our self sabotage and make us want to quit? Its because we have references. We have made mistakes before, when our mind comes to making a decision, we make a quick decision based on our past decisions. Do you have a certain eating behavior that's hindering your goals? Chances are its just a habit, and in the heat of the moment, you make that choice over and over. This is where we need to bring some things to our arsenal: 1. Awareness, make yourself aware of why you are making a decisions, are you making it because it helps your goals or because its something you're used to doing? 2. Decide what decisions you want to make, create your vision. If you have no alternative to your current actions, what will stimulate you to change? 3. Meaning and purpose. Create a meaning and purpose for your decisions, what are your goals? Write them down, write down what actions you need to take to get there. All of these simple actions go a long way. Keep researching for your personal growth and keep smashing your goals guys
