Anyone get a knee injury from doing Insanity?

Yes, tore my ACL and now must have surgery. I will never do Insanity again. Just yoga, walking, and elliptical for me once I am able to exercise again.0

I found this for a friend (former marine) that had terrible knee problems after a round of insanity. He said he would never do it again.0
