Hi,
I have been doing this 12 days now and have lost a stone, which is great but I'm worried its coming off to quickly.
I have been going to the gym or swimming twice a day but have been eating enough to supplement it.
I spoke to the gym instructor who said to perhaps cut down to once a day , then twice the next day, then once the next etc.
Anyone else had similar problems

I would alternate like the gym instructor said, but also many people lose a lot of weight in the first couple of weeks of any new routine and then it should slow down xxx0

I lost lots of weight in the beginning but as my body adjusted to my new healthy eating and exercise regime, it has slowed down to a more realistic rate. It's a great incentive to keep going when the scales show a huge leap downward isn't it? It proves it works, and I now know that a slender healthy body is mine for the taking within the next few months. The real hard work will be maintaining it effortlessly.0
