21 day challenge

If you do somthing for 21 days then its supposed to become a habit, well staring from today Im giving up sugar, i.e chocolate and cakes. My diet mon-fri is very good, but when It comes to the weekend I have an epic binge on saturday and sunday nite, to give u an idea im gorging on full tubs of nuttella and pnb,ice cream ! and thats just 30% of the binge. I have flirted in and out of MFP over the past year, and my thinking is by putting my challenge out onto the forum it will make it more of a goal for mel to accomplish and stay commited rather than a half hearted promise to myself which I do every sunday nite once Ive scrapped the last bit of nuttella from the jar ! Haha it's hard to not be tempted when you see bad food around.
) They say it's a test of discipline to show resistance though! Up to you! But I suggest not buying them so you won't be tempted.
