My name is Michele and I live in New Jersey. I recently turned 40 and I have been struggling with my weight since I was 35. Prior to that even after giving birth to both of my children, I was only 120 lbs. Now I am a little over 200 lbs. I got the lap band surgery last Nov. and I lost about 35 lbs. Now it has come to a complete hault! It is almost IMPOSSIBLE for me to lose weight! I am eating very little and trying to follow all of the medical advice. I think I really need to step up my exercise, and honestly just thinking about doing it exhausts me! Uggghhh, I really wish I could get more motivated to do this. I am a member at Bally's and I still do not make much of an effort to go. It is just such a chore, along with my FT job and taking care of the kids, my husband and the house. I need to make "ME" the priority! Any tips on how to get started and/or how to get motivated to do this? Also, I am looking for some good high protien, low fat dinner recipes.
