Upper Body Alternatives

Hi Everyone
I have been told that I have damaged a ligament in my shoulder which is untreatable. The chiropractor has said that I can no longer do any overhead exercises ie over head press or bench press.
So I need some examples of upper body lifts I can do. I know I can still do bicep curls and rows but wondered if there is anything else can be done.Or am I just consigned to isolation machines now?
Thanks

I would go to a physiotherapist that deals with injuries to give you a list of exercises that can be done safely.
They are also able to work with you to check proper form.0
