Help with slimfast shakes for lunch?

Try adding a little vanilla or other flavored extract to it. There are only 12 cals per teaspoon, and there are tons of different flavors available. Not only do you not have to have the same flavor everyday, but it might help mask that metallic taste.
Back when I was a young, struggling college student, I did these for dinner after working second shift. I'd make them into a real smoothie by blending them with frozen fruit. I know this isn't practical for on the go daily, but maybe give it a try on a weekend!0 -
take the powder in a small container, milk in your shaker. Mix them at the time of drinking. Done!0
