In your food diary under recent foods, what is your top food (not tea or coffee) I was surprised mine was a tomato so I think I must be really boring.

    Mine is Mountain High Yoghurt and blueberries. Have about 15 gallon bags of blueberries in the freezer.

    Goldfish crackers...lol...they've replaced all forms of fries/chips/etc. in my meals. And #2 is apples.

  • Breakfast: scrambled brown egg cooked with pam XD i DO love eggs.

    Lunch: ha! baby spinach! YUM!

    Dinner: tomato!

    Snack: ritz reduced fat crackers.....except i havent had ritz in forever XD i just milked that box for all it was worth.

    Haha, mine says 2% Kraft cheddar cheese. Not sure why this was on top cause I only added it for 2 meals out of the whole week. :)

    under most used. . .

    breakfast- Kraft low-fat shredded cheese and Publix Eggstirs (egg substitute)

    lunch- Zaxby's house salad with grilled chicken, no fried onions or toast.

    Dinner- ALSO a Zaxby's house salad, lol. (Sometimes I actually eat two for dinner)

    Snack- protein shake with skim milk and protein powder.


    I eat a few different things, but these are my go-to's and it shows in my diary.

    Under most used my #1 is small banana--wish I could have a banana tree-it one of my fav things to eat/snack on!

    Where exactly do I find that? I don't see "recent foods" on my iPhone or on the myfitnesspal.com-webpage.

    My first one is red seedless grapes. I am addicted. If I do not have them in the house I will go ballistic. I MUST HAVE GRAPES!
    My number 2 spot is my Multi-Vitamin. I am horrible at remembering to take it and would be lucky to take it twice a week. I added VITAMINS as a category and now log it every day just like everything else! :happy:
