Hello!

I am a new mom to a 4 month old baby boy and I'm finally ready to get back in the saddle again.

I'd love to have some encouragement on this journey to health, particularly with those who have the same mindset as me. I aim to lose some pounds and feel good in my clothes, but ultimately, after years of losing and gaining and losing and gaining, I want to develop a healthy relationship with my body. I want to focus on health, not obsessive calorie counting (just being mindful). I am still going to eat ice cream sometimes.

I appreciate all that my body has done for me. I want to be a good role model for my child.

If this sounds like you, please add me!

Totally sounds like me! I have a 13-month-old girl that I want to be a healthy role model for. I have an ED past I'm still fighting with and currently trying to lose about 10 lbs (non-postpartum related, just eating too much for a couple of months recently). :)

My calorie goal is 1700, no generic 1200 for me. I like to eat.
