Hello, I am New Here

I am Peyton. I started my weight loss journey about 13 months ago, but I only joined this site recently. I started at 274 pounds in February of 2013 and I am now 187. I have a loose goal of 174 pounds becuase that would represent 100 pounds lost, but if I get my abs tight and I'm not to 174 pounds, that is OK too.

When I started losing weight, that was my only goal really. Along the way, I've found myself getting serious about fitness and diet, i.e. making sure I get enough protein in my diet to continue to build muscle in the right places.

That is actually the biggest reason I joined the site, not to stop myself from eating too much, because I obviously wasn't having a problem controlling that. I wanted to make sure that I am not undereating. This site is also great for that.

Please send me a friend request if you like to share ideas about diet and or exercise, especially ab exercises. Always looking for new ideas.
