I'm planning to start a round of p90X in October and my 15yo boy wants to do it with me. Should I be concerned about him injuring himself, or any other special considerations due to his age? don't wanna stunt his growth or something, LOL! TIA

I would think it would be great for him. That seems to be the age when boys start lifting weights, etc. Also, if he's in sports, there are great workouts in the P90X series that will benefit him.0

My 15 year old daughter is workout out to ChaLEAN Extreme with me - also a Beachbody weight lifting program. I just keep watch to make sure she is using proper form and not lifting heavier than she can actually handle. Teenagers think they are invincible however, so at times she does pick up a too heavy weight - I just make sure that she has slightly lighter weights nearby so she can quickly change out and finish her set.
Have fun!0
