How To Add Friends

How do you add friends when you only have their ID? They have not connected via Facebook and I don't have their email address. Just an ID, but I don't see how to enter that...

    Click on their picture. That will take you to their profile and you will be able to "Send a Message" and/or "Add as Friend". This will send a friend request. I am sending you one.
