Hey everyone, I have been weight training for around 15 weeks and had to take last week off from an injury. I have been thinking about switching to p90X. Anyone had any success losing weight doing p90X? Also which program should I do lean or classic?

I did, that was my first beach body program and It helped me lose 12 lbs
(I'm a 5'5" woman). the program is tough but if there's something you can't do you can always modify. As for which version to do it depends on what your goals are. P90X actually have three programs not two (Lean, Classic and Doubles). Lean program has more cardio in it (P90x consist of 12 DVD routines and 1 ab ripper x), so when you do Lean you have to do more cardio routines during the week. With Classic is more like standard where you have same amount of cardio and strength training during the week. And finally doubles like the name you'll be doing 2 routines daily instead of one, obviously is more challenging
So the decision should be made base on what you want to achieve if you want to build muscle either classic or double will help and you probably know the drill. For gaining muscle is less rep more weights (8-10 reps)..to lean and tone, less weight more reps (12-15 reps)
Feel free to message me if you need more information and/or help!0
