Calorie roll over

So, I bought a bag of popcorn that serves 4 today. I ate a handful of it this morning because I was going to eat a serving while watching a movie tonight, but now that's not happening, so does it really matter if I don't log the handful I ate this morning, and just log the servings like normal over the rest of the week?

I have no idea how to calculate the calories in the amount I ate, because it was literally like 15-20 pieces, maybe less.

It's a good habit to get into logging everything. A little here a little there can add up to a whole lot by the end of the day. If you can't figure out the calorie count, google it! Even if it's not 100% correct, you are holding yourself accountable for what you consume.

One handful of popcorn will not make or break the bank.

However, generally, with me, a handful tends to be pretty close to. Fourth cup.

I tried that with cashews last night haha. Grabbed a handful, realized I am supposed to log and then put it in the measuring cup before I ate them. It was just a bit shy of a quarter cup. And I have tiny hands. So yes, "handfuls" can add up. But I doubt a handful of popcorn, once will make a huge difference. If you have to log it to feel safe, just add 1/4 cup

weigh the bag...it will tell you how much you ate....

4 servings of popcorn is typically 200g...
