Hello all,
I've been working out for the past 7 years and eating horribly, therefore negating all progress. I started eating clean almost 8 weeks ago and manually writing in a log where my calorie count was best guest sometimes, this app helps to correct that tremendously (love the barcode scanner). That said, add me at wisenbsd and share your diary with me. Eating the same thing gets old and I'm willing to branch out and try new stuff. Oh yeah, I've dropped 17 lbs thus far in the 8 weeks just from my diet and normal exercise. Thanks.
