Does anyone have any tips on lowering triclycerides? I know losing weight will help...and exercise, but I'm wondering if anyone has any "tips" that they have tried and had success with. Thanks!

Triglycerides are fat in the bloodstream really to be taken into the muscles and used.
You lower it by decreasing you body fat (thus the supply pressure) and/or increasing your fat burning "engine" (muscle cell mitochondrial density, directly correlated to how good of cardio shape you are in).0 -
The easiest way is to reduce your refined carb and sugar consumption by compensating with protein and fat, and of course exercise and weight loss.0

Reduce your processed carbs (grains, added sugar, starches and trans fats) and up your intake of Saturated and other fats.0

Agree with all the prior posts. My triglycerides were through the roof (triglyceride count of 350, placed on medication) before I changed my lifestyle. Start a good all around fitness regimen that will increase your cardiovascular endurance, and build muscle, and find a healthy diet you can live with for a long while. Not much else I can tell ya.0

I dropped mine by 90 points in 5 months this way...0
