HELP!

I've fallen off the wagon and have gained 10 pounds. HELP!

    When you have fallen off the wagon, the best approach is to get up, dust yourself off, and climb back up on the wagon. Re-evaluate your goals and your approach. Are you trying to go too fast? We all want to reach our goals . . . . NOW! However, taking things slow and steady usually gets us there a lot faster than drastic measures. Set reasonable goals, make sustainable lifestyle changes, take matters one step at a time. Smile, take a deep breath and know that you will get there. :-)
