I used MFP in the past and had some good results. Unfortunately, I didn't stick with it and gained everything back plus some extra.
I decided I wanted a complete wipe, start over clean. So I deleted my old account and made this one and here I am.... 100-110 pounds to lose!
It will be a slow start as I am also quitting smoking, but feel free to add me!
