New..... time for a change

HI, I'm new to the site and new to working out "again" I'm really out of shape and feel its time to get my butt back in gear. I'm 32 and in a matter of 14 years I went from voted most athletic to being a fat out of shape slob. I have tired diets and they last for about a month and then I put all the weight back on and then some. I have ordered the T25 workout and will have it tomorrow along with a new TV for the "workout room" I'm 5ft 11 and weight in at 230lbs. My goal is to be at 199 before November 7th......NO I will be at 199 or better by November 7th. :explode:
