I just saw another poster mention fitnessblender.com in a different topic and checked it out. This is brilliant! Free fitness videos and when I scroll over them with my mouse it tells you the minutes, body focus, calory burn and difficulty level. This means that even I can find something to start with that isn't over the top and that I can add into my day. This is a brilliant tip. Anything else like this out there?

Yep, have heaps of them, along with their main page bookmarked. And follow them on Facebook and Pinterest to catch all the new workouts as they are posted. Good stuff - love the variety.0
