Foods high in nutrients AND calories

I am always a good 400-600 calories under my goal (which is 1400) but as a binger, if I eat when I am not hungry, I eat 6,000 calories in fifteen minutes. I need some foods that aren't super tasty (sounds weird saying that!) but aren't gross, high in nutrients, and in calories. Please, do NOT say peanut butter as I can eat a whole jar full without a second thought.

    Nuts, seeds, avocado, duck eggs, full fat dairy are the main ones that come to mind.

    I like avocados for that, It is easy enough to eat a whole one, but I couldn't eat much more than that. You can do them up savory like with salsa, or you can treat them like a fruit (as they do in the tropics - make a smoothie with mango & pineapple & avocado)

    Agreed... eggs and avocados... Prepackaged for perfect portion control...
