How to log short sprints?

So I can't run long distances but I can spring 50 yards...walk back....spring 50 yards.....walk back......repeat.

How would I log this?

It really get my heart rate going, sweating, breakthing super heavy, worn out - great workout for me.

    Are you using a heart monitor with calorie counter? That's about all I can think of to track this. Sorry, just having a bit of "Monday Brain" today. ;-)
