And here I am, back at the beginning...

Several years ago, I wandered onto this site by accident and lost 65lbs with it. Here I am, right back where I started after several abdominal surgeries, a divorce, two out-of-state moves, and a couple of new jobs later. I am back up to almost 280lbs (my highest was 295lbs before I started losing weight last time and my lowest was 230lbs). I have gained 40lbs since moving to East Texas in June and I, unfortunately, have little control over my diet since I am living with others and any food I bring into the house for me gets eaten, not that I am complaining...much. I am trying to get them on a more healthy track. So far so good, but it's still a lot of processed stuff. Baby steps.

Anyways, I am back to the gym 4 days a week, gave up all carbonated drinks for good, and trying to kick the ice cream habit (I can't quit you!) and up to a min of 4 water bottles a day. Since I've been gone so long and had so many false starts, I have lost my online support network. I am trying to get down to about 150lbs. I'm flexible with that though. If I get to 160 and like it there, I will be good. I have a naturally curvy figure anyways, so some meat looks good on me. :)

So, won't you be my neighbor? *lol*
